Eligibility, accounts, and access

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a plan or credit pack. A younger user may use a free feature only with authorization from a parent, guardian, school, or other responsible institution where permitted by law. You are responsible for activity on your account and for providing accurate sign-in information. Automated abuse, credential sharing that circumvents plan limits, and attempts to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service are prohibited.

Responsible use

You may use the tools only with content you have the right to process. Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, academic misconduct, unlawful discrimination, malware, harassment, or to evade platform safeguards. You remain responsible for reviewing and using every output.

Credits and tool charges

Credit costs are shown before a run. Credits are reserved while processing and charged only after a usable result is returned. Failed, canceled, or timed-out runs release the reservation. Credits are service entitlements, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold.

Subscriptions, automatic renewal, and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Annual prices may be shown as an effective monthly amount, but the full annual total is charged upfront. The checkout page will show the plan, billing interval, renewal price, taxes, and total before purchase. You may cancel from the account page; access continues until the end of the paid billing period, and no further renewal is charged.

Refunds and consumer rights

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed credit-pack purchases and elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable once the service has been used. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and paid runs that fail without releasing credits should be reported within 30 days for review. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory cooling-off period, statutory refund right, warranty, or other consumer protection that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. We do not guarantee that text will receive a particular detector score. Features and limits may change, but paid entitlements will be handled under the terms presented at purchase.

Intellectual property and user content

You retain your rights in content you submit and are responsible for having permission to process it. You grant us a limited right to process that content only to provide, secure, and support the requested service. The site interface, branding, documentation, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or resold except as allowed by law or written permission.

Suspension and termination
