About Humanize AI

Humanize AI is an independent online writing-tool project. We build practical tools that help people revise AI-assisted drafts, check grammar, inspect AI-writing signals, and paraphrase text while keeping the writer in control of the final result.

Why this site exists

Generative AI makes it easy to produce a first draft, but a fast draft is not automatically a useful one. AI-assisted writing can sound repetitive, use vague transitions, flatten the writer's voice, or accidentally change an important name, number, citation, condition, or negative statement. Humanize AI focuses on that final editing stage. The goal is not to disguise authorship or promise a particular detector score. The goal is to help a person turn rough text into clearer writing they can inspect, correct, and take responsibility for.

What we build

The main AI Humanizer provides a side-by-side editing workspace. It estimates the credit cost before a run, protects high-risk details, and returns a revised draft for review. Supporting tools cover grammar, paraphrasing, and AI-writing signal analysis. Each tool has a distinct purpose: grammar checking flags possible language errors; paraphrasing changes wording and structure while preserving the source idea; the detector highlights statistical patterns without presenting its estimate as proof of authorship. These differences matter, so our product pages and guides explain both the useful applications and the limits of each tool.

Our editorial standard

Product explanations and resource articles are written for this site rather than copied from vendor feeds, scraped pages, or generic article libraries. We aim to answer the practical questions a reader has before using a writing tool: what the tool changes, what it cannot verify, how to review the result, when citations are still required, and which details deserve a manual check. Examples are created to demonstrate an editing principle, not to manufacture a guaranteed outcome.

We review content for clarity, factual consistency, and responsible-use guidance. When an article discusses product behavior, it should match the current interface and credit model. When it discusses AI detection, academic writing, privacy, or other sensitive topics, it should clearly separate a tool's signal from a human decision. We correct material errors when they are identified and update help content when product behavior changes.

How we think about responsible AI writing

A writing assistant should support judgment rather than replace it. Users remain responsible for facts, permissions, citations, professional advice, and the final use of every output. We do not claim that a rewrite becomes "human" in a scientific sense, and we do not promise that any text will pass every AI detector. Detector models are probabilistic and can disagree with one another. A polished human passage can be flagged, while edited AI text can go unrecognized. That is why our workflow emphasizes comparison, protected details, and visible limits instead of an impossible guarantee.

Privacy and business model

New accounts receive a limited free balance so visitors can try the core workflow before paying. Paid plans and credit packs fund model inference, storage, email delivery, product development, and support. If advertising is enabled, ads will be separated from tool controls and placed only on suitable content pages. Our Privacy Policyexplains account data, submitted text, cookies, advertising identifiers, service providers, retention, and user choices. Pricing and credit costs are shown before a user commits to a paid action.

Independence and affiliations

Humanize AI is not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, any university, or the developers of third-party AI detectors unless a page explicitly states otherwise. Product names may be referenced only to explain interoperability or a service provider relationship. We do not use a university, customer, or partner logo as an endorsement without permission, and we do not sell rankings or present paid placements as independent editorial conclusions.

How we maintain and improve the site

We treat documentation as part of the product. Tool pages should be updated when modes, limits, exports, credit costs, or providers change. Resource articles should show a clear purpose, structured guidance, original examples, an update date, and a route for corrections. We do not publish hundreds of lightly changed keyword pages. New content should answer a distinct reader question and provide enough detail for the reader to act without returning to a search result for the missing steps.

Product feedback is reviewed alongside reliability, privacy, accessibility, and support needs. We prioritize issues that can change meaning, expose data, create an unexpected charge, block keyboard or assistive-technology use, or misrepresent what a tool can prove. Marketing language should remain consistent with actual product behavior. When we cannot support a claim with evidence, we should describe the intended benefit without presenting an unverified ranking, endorsement, or guaranteed outcome.
