Information we collect

We process account identifiers from Google or email sign-in, the text and files you submit to a tool, tool settings and usage records, point and subscription transactions, support messages, and limited device or diagnostic information needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide requested rewrites and checks, maintain accounts and point balances, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, send essential account messages, and improve product reliability. Submitted writing is not used to train models unless you separately and explicitly opt in.

Processors and transfers

Authorized processors may include hosting and database providers, Google for authentication, Resend for transactional email, payment providers, and the selected AI inference provider. Production configuration should document each processor and applicable international transfer mechanism.

Retention and control

Drafts should be retained only for the period selected by the user or required to deliver the service. Security, payment, and ledger records may be retained longer for fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Users should be able to delete saved documents and request account deletion.
